Lettuce Entertain You's new Italian concept, il Porcellino, is set to open in the shuttered Paris Club space this Thursday, March 17. The restaurant, which will focus on house-made pasta, vegetable antipasti and focaccia pizza, will be open for dinner Sunday through Thursday 4pm–midnight, Friday 4pm–1am and Saturday 4pm–2am.

The kitchen is helmed by chef Aaron Martinez, the third chef at Intro. The bar menu is under the charge of Julian Cox, a transplant from LA (much to our friends in LA's dismay), and will include "bespoke cocktails" and an opportunity to create a cocktail based on your own tastes. The wine program will be done by sommelier Richard Hanauer, with an Italian-driven menu encouraging sharing portions of wine and table wines.

Reservations will be available beginning Wednesday by calling 312-595-0800 or visiting the restaurant's website.
