If you've been waiting for the Milk Room to release more tickets so you can get a seating earlier than 11:30pm on a weekend, you're going to get your chance next week. The rare spirits bar that sits in the hallway between the Drawing Room and Game Room at the Chicago Athletic Association is releasing tickets at noon on January 18 for seatings from February 13 through March 26. You can get your tickets on Tock here.

Seatings are available for one or two people for a $50 deposit (which is applied to your final bill) at 5pm, 7pm, 9pm and 11pm. You get two hours to experience beverage director Paul McGee's cocktails, served by Stephen Andrews (last of Billy Sunday), Julia McKinley or Julia Gordon, both of Lost Lake. You'll also learn about vintage and rare spirits, including some new selections like a bottle of Chartreuse Tarragona from the 1950s, when Chartreuse was produced in Tarragona, Spain instead of Voiron, France, and a bottle of Old Fitzgerald 6-Year Bourbon from the Stitzel-Weller distillery that closed in 1992.

If you're looking for something extra special, head to the Milk Room on Valentine's Day. Executive chef Pete Coenen of Cherry Circle Room has collaborated for a special dinner menu for couples who are looking for a fine dining and adventurous cocktail experience. Tickets for Valentine's Day will also be available on January 18 at noon.
