Osteria Langhe's chef and owner launches pasta company

If Osteria Langhe's Piedmontese pasta has your heart, you'll be happy to know you'll able to make it in the comfort of your own home soon. Chef and owner Cameron Grant has launched Langhe Pasta Company, making plin and other pastas available at stores around the Chicago area.

The plin is the same you'll find at the restaurant, filled with La Tur and parmesan cheese and covered in thyme and butter.

Soon, you'll be able to order pre-packaged pasta directly to your home, but for now you'll find the plin at Osteria Langhe, Half Italian and Food Smart (2910 W Armitage Ave).
