New York transplants know of Paulie Gee's as the place with killer wood-fired pizzas, but this new location will also serve Logan Squares—a rectangular pizza exclusive to the Chicago location. Paulie Gee's Logan Square opens Thursday, according to the Chicago Tribune. Limited numbers of the Logan Squares will be available on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
Vegetarians and vegans alike will find dishes suitable to their needs at Paulie Gee's, but the menu will also offer classics familiar to anyone who's been to other locations, including the Hellboy, with mozzarella, tomatoes, Berkshire sopressata piccante, Parmigiano Reggiano and Mike's Hot Honey.
There's no take-out or delivery at Paulie Gee's, but feel free to stop by at 2451 N Milwaukee on Thursday.
