Moody Tongue Brewing Co.'s bottles can be found at beer shops all over the city, but next to the brewery at the Glass Factory, we'll soon be able to try the brewery's four year-round taps and special tappings along with a unique menu.
The tasting room will feature 12 taps with a menu of one savory dish and one sweet dish to drink with the beers. The menu will feature oysters and cake (yes, that's right), to complement the beers without being too overwhelming. The room will feature a fireplace surrounded by bookcases of brewing books, a 25-seat U-shaped bar, leather booth areas and dining tables.
Along with the new tasting room, Moody Tongue is also introducing brewery tours on a first-come, first-serve basis once the tasting room opens later this year.
