This weekend, you can treat yourself to something sweet as part of a popsicle pop-up from Cindy’s at the Chicago Athletic Association hotel. Jove T’s Pops Shop opens on Saturday, and you can get one of the frozen goodies—with a splash of booze, if you fancy—from noon–2pm for $3 ($4 for tipsy treats).
The popsicles from Cindy’s executive pastry chef Jove Hubbard will rotate in flavor each week through the end of summer on Saturdays, but this weekend’s offering is extra special, with rainbow-colored Pride Pops to celebrate Chicago Pride Fest. Proceeds from all popsicles sold this Saturday will go to Equality Florida’s donation drive to support victims and families affected by the Pulse Orlando Nightclub tragedy.
You can find Jove T’s Pops Shop at the main Michigan Avenue entrance of the hotel every Saturday from noon–2pm.
