Didn't get a chance to visit some new restaurants during Chicago Restaurant Week? Never fear, plenty of spots have decided to extend their special lunch and dinner menus for two more weeks, the Chicago Tribune reports. The list is rather hefty, but we've slimmed it down to a few of our favorites.

Big Jones will offer its Restaurant Week dinner menu, which it's calling a "Louisiana Mardi Gras Odyssey," featuring dishes like crawfish étouffée and alligator tail through February 9.

The Bristol has its dinner menu through February 11, featuring dishes like chickpea panisse with roasted grapes and whipped chevre.

The lunch and dinner menu at Formento's will be available through February 11. Menu items include ricotta stuffed shells and cheese and pepper bucatini.

Intro's Restaurant Week menu is a great deal, and they're extending it through February 11. Grab entrees like roasted salmon and flat iron steak.

Grab dinner at mk through February 11 and choose from menu items like cumin-scented butternut squash soup and molasses glazed short ribs.

For some Spanish flair, Salero is serving its dinner menu through February 11, with dishes like grilled octopus and braised pork belly.

Dates are reported by Chicago Tribune and subject to change, please call restaurants before heading out.
