1. Discover your new favorite singer

Head to Pilsen’s Thalia Hall to see singer-songwriter Angel Olsen in concert. Olsen is touring for her breathtaking 2016 album, My Woman. (Thalia Hall, 1807 S Allport St, 8:30pm. $20–25)

2. Catch some excellent queer cinema

We’re midway through Reeling Film Festival, the LGBTQ+ fest that’s now in its 34th year. Tonight’s showings are all at Landmark Century Theatres, so make it a double-header. (Various venues, shows at 7, 7:15, 9 & 9:15pm. $12)

3. Experience traditional Indian music

Northwest Indian folk group Rajasthan Josh is performing tonight as part of the Eye on India Festival. Catch these remarkable musicians while they're here. (Old Town School of Folk Music, 4544 N Lincoln Ave, 8:30pm. Free)
