1. Composer Vijay Iyer performs his piece “Time, Place, Action” tonight at Harris Theater as part of their MusicNOW series. Tickets for the 7pm show are available starting at $28.

2. Check out “Revoliutsiia! Demonstratsiia! Soviet Art Put to the Test” at the Art Institute. It’s open today from 10:30am to 5pm, and the exhibition is included in museum admission.

3. See “That’s Weird, Grandma,” a show written by CPS students and performed by Chicago actor-comedians. It’s happening at the Neo-Futurarium at 8pm, and tickets are $15.
