The Blackhawks will celebrate their Stanley Cup championship with a downtown parade followed by a rally at Soldier Field on Thursday. The last two times the Hawks won the Cup, the rally was set in Grant Park. But with the torrential rains over the past week, the city is concerned that its front lawn will turn into a Lollapalooza-style mud fest.

Tickets are free to the Soldier Field rally, but space is limited. You can claim up to four tickets at noon today on Ticketmaster. The city has urged fans to obtain tickets exclusively through Ticketmaster, and tickets purchased from third-party vendors should be assumed invalid.

The parade will run along Monroe Street between Jefferson and Michigan and is set to kick off at around 10am. The rally at Soldier Field is planned for 11am, but doors will open to ticket holders at 8am.
