Chicago Symphony Orchestra: Gerstein Plays Prokofiev

Conducted by Russian Semyon Bychkov, the CSO performs two pieces based on the theme of loss, Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 2 and Walton's Symphony No. 1. Prokofiev's piece, dedicated to a friend who committed suicide, will be performed by pianist fellow Soviet-born pianist Kirill Gerstein. Not sure if the weather will be grey and crisp outside, but it ideally should be.
