A cozy first level works well for schmoozing while the upstairs is more about posing and taking a turn on the dance floor to spinners such as Los Angeles celebrity and E! News favorite DJ AM. Bartenders and servers tend to be eye-catching, but the doormen are shockingly inept at keeping things under control.
