Helltrap Nightmare

Sarah Squirm, the Shrimp Boys and Scott Egelston moved from Chicago to Los Angeles in 2019, taking their horror comedy and experimental music showcase Helltrap Nightmare with them. Thankfully, the group's surreal sketches and ribald stand-up (both usually filled with jokes about bodily fluids) are returning to Chicago during the Tomorrow Never Knows festival, with two shows at Helltrap's former home base, the Hideout. A group of artists that have released albums via local hip-hop label Why? will serve as the evening's musical guests.
