Chicago-bred, Brooklyn-based comedian and writer Joel Kim Booster is releasing his first Comedy Central album and half hour special this fall. This Schubas show will celebrate the release of his album, "Model Minority" (Nov. 3).
Booster has appeared on CONAN, Comedy Central’s The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail and @midnight, Logo’s Comedy Cabaret and truTV’s Comedy Knockout. His writing credits include Billy on the Street and the pilot for Comedy Central’s Problematic with Moshe Kasher. Esquire recently listed Joel as one of their “10 Comedians to Watch” in 2017.
