What a perfect date night spot. You can enjoy Gino's signature deep dish in the restaurant, then walk upstairs to see a show! My boyfriend and I went for "The Big Sexy Show" - a combination of burlesque dancers, stand up comedians, hula hoopers and ventriloquists. This is where we discovered one of our favorite Chicago comedians, Abi Sanchez (look him up). The night was full of inappropriate jokes, titty tassels and nudity (I guess the name might imply that). I've been to a few comedy clubs and this is in my top 5. Pizza AND a show? .... Sold!

The venue has a intimate set up and the comedians are right in front of you. This is a stand up venue so please make sure you like stand up before you go. I am more of an improv chick but overall, the performers were pretty funny. We went to see TJ Miller so we were waiting around for him to show up waaaaay later. There are other semi-famous performers that drop by as well. The hostesses seat you as you come in so if you want to be in front, show up early and grab a craft beer or cocktail. No complaints about the actual out for hecklers AND don't be one of those people who thinks they are funnier than the people on stage ;). The Comedy Bar offers Burlesque on weekends if that's more your speed/
