Design Dance defines itself as an alternative to movement education that’s a one-way street. Founder Debra Giunta seeks to engage her students in the creative process not just in off-the-shelf styles (ballet, tap, jazz, etc.), but through inclusion of improvisation, acting and musical techniques as well.
