Harold Washington Cultural Center, M.A.D.D. Rhythms Tap Academy

Tap classes at beginning to advanced levels are taught by primo hoofers Bril Barrett, Martin “Tre” Dumas III, Jumaane Taylor, Ja’Bowen and Starinah Dixon, and many more. Outreach and youth-advocacy programs are also run through M.A.D.D. (Making A Difference Dancing) Rhythms, including its partnership with the Better Boys Foundation, which provides apprenticeships and career guidance to North Lawndale youth.
