In celebration of A Girl and Her Greens by April Bloomfield, Nico Osteria is hosting Bloomfield and Chicago chefs Stephanie Izard, Paul Kahan, Paul Virant and Lee Wolen in a chef pop-up event. Each chef will add their own style to the dishes featured in Bloomfield's veggie-focused cookbook. Featured dishes include roasted carrots with burrata, mushroom pie, kale polenta and more. Signed copies of A Girl and Her Greens will be available for purchase. Walk-ins are welcome but reservations are suggested.
