Chefs Shawn McClain, Mark Steuer and Jason Paskewitz join Two's Tom Van Lente for a four-course dinner. The evening starts with a welcome reception featuring cocktails from Templeton Rye and Death's Door, and will continue with a seated dinner highlighting four cuts from a 30-day dry-aged front quarter of beef from local Slagel Farm complete with wine, beer and cocktail pairings.
