Billy's Toms

Billy Sunday celebrates tomato season with a festival devoted to the fruit. For two weeks, they'll be offering special drinks and dishes from local bartenders and chefs. Try an aquavit and tomato cocktail from the Aviary's Charles Joly, or snack on tomato panzanella from Yusho's Harold Jurado. A percentage of the sales from each item will benefit Seed Savers, which helps maintain a bank of heirloom seeds.
