Tete Charcuterie chefs Kurt Guzowski and Thomas Rice team up with Matthias Merges (Yusho, A10, Billy Sunday) for a dinner that uses an entire pig. Each chef will make a dish and serve it family style. Tickets include food and wine and all proceeds go to charity.
