Time Out says

Chicago chefs face off to see who makes the best chowder at the annual Chowdah Fest, which benefits the Sea Scouts sailing programming. All styles of chowder are allowed, and participants include Nate Henssler (Portsmith), Jonny Anderes (Bar Biscay) and Guy Meikle (Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar). In addition to samples of the culinary creations, guests will also enjoy complimentary wine and beer.
