Former Blackbird chef David Posey (who is currently working on opening his own restaurant) will be serving French fare on Thursday at the Garage. For lunch, from 11am-2pm, he'll be serving French dishes like a croque monsieur, mushroom and spinach crepes, pommes frites and a Lyonnaise salad, which will be around $12 per item. At 7:30pm, there's a dinner seating with chicken liver pate, steak frites, profiteroles and more, plus wine pairings. The dinner is $85, with wine, tax and gratuity included.
