g.e.b. No, the b doesn’t stand for Bowles (Graham Elliot gave that up, remember?). It stands for bistro, which is what Elliot’s new restaurant is. Sort of. Dishes may not be entirely French, but they will be simple (fewer than three ingredients, so they say) and affordable (less  than $20), which, at the very least, is bistroish. 841 W Randolph St (gebistro.com).
