The Trib may not have an owner, but at least it has a restaurant.

Named for the neo-Gothic Tribune Tower’s architects John Howells and Raymond Hood, this restaurant/bar features a preposterous number of beers on tap (114) and American food (lobster roll, cornflakes-crusted chicken sandwich) from chef Scott Walton. 435 N Michigan Ave (312-212-8878).
