A Russian imperial stout is the result of the latest collaboration by DryHop, Kuma's Corner, Kuma's Too and the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild. The new brew, named Death Rides a Horse, is paired with Chef Michael Jarvis' Russian Circles bruger made with chile and chocolate braised venison, horseradics mayo, white cheddar and frizzled beets.
