Miko’s Flipside Café After several deals fell through on his own space, Will Von Hartz came up with a better plan: to pop up in Miko’s Italian Ice kitchen when the shop closes for the winter. “I don’t have to go through the start-up pains of doing a retail space from scratch,” he reasons.
