Jared Van Camp’s follow-up to Old Town Social is ambitious in myriad ways. His European-inspired menu—braised skate wing with grapefruit; ricotta gnocchi with braised lamb neck—pulls no punches, and dude is even milling his own flour for his pizzas. But don’t be fooled—just like OTS, Nellcôte has been built as much for debauchery as it has been for food. 833 W Randolph St (312-432-0500).
