Revolution Brewery & Lillie's Q Beer Dinner at Feast

Photograph: Hannah Fehrman Revolution Brewery was the brewery that picked the hops up. The American pale ale they made from the hops was almost called Horticultural Ale. (Another contender for the name was Behind the Shedd.)

Feast Restaurant is hosting a paired dinner by Lillie's Q's chef Charlie McKenna and Revolution Brewery. The four-course dinner includes elotes salad with roasted corn, jalapeno, cotija cheese and chili powder; chicken tortilla soup; sirloin burgers topped with beef brisket and a chocolate chip brown sugar cake with vanilla bourbon glaze.
