Sumerian Beer Dinner at The Gage

Great Lakes Brewing Company and the Oriental Institute at the University of Chicago are taking part in the Gage's three-course beer dinner celebrating Great Lake's Sumerian brews. The night starts with a cocktail reception followed by chef Peter Coenen's "old-tastes" dinner paired with the beer, which was made with the first-recorded beer recipe from the Sumerian region.
