[title]Sauce and Bread—a collaboration between Co-op Sauce and the bakery Crumb Chicago—operates on the principle that great things happen when good people come together. It’s a philosophy that runs deep in the company’s bones: Co-op Sauce was created in 2003 to raise funds for an arts and entrepreneurship program for youth; now, some of the youth who participated in those programs are partners in the café. 6338–40 N Clark St (773-942-6384).
