The only thing better than free beer? Free Xoco food. Xoco and Revolution team up for a free tasting event that pairs samples of new dishes with beers like Rosa and Bottom Up Wit. Food includes hibiscus-glazed grilled chicken salad, Bottom Up Wit steamed mussels caldo, a smoked short rib torta and bitter chocolate and Eugene Porter flan. The new dishes will be on the Xoco menu for the month after the tasting.
