This historic 443-room hotel was built in 1924 as Michigan Avenue’s first high-rise. Though its popular Tip Top Tap lounge is long gone, its sign is ever aglow. The northern Italian Renaissance exterior was restored and interior revamped for a more modern elegance. Each guestroom contains a unique layout and design.
