Time Out says

Taking up residence in the iconic Carbide & Carbon Building, Pendry Chicago welcomes visitors to a prime location on Michigan Avenue, with views of some of the city's most beautiful architecture and the Chicago River. The first Midwest outpost of the Southern California brand, Pendry Chicago boasts 364 guestrooms, outfitted with all of the amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel, plus access to a fitness center with multiple Peloton bikes.

When you're not gazing out the windows in your room admiring the views, you can head downstairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner at in-house restaurant Venteux, a French brasserie and cafe overseen by Chef Donald Young, formerly of Michelin-starred Temporis. Adjacent to the lobby, you can sip a cocktail next to a fireplace at Bar Pendry or shoot pool in the Billiard Gallery. A 24th floor rooftop called Château Carbide will also bring guests high above the streets this summer, offering bottle service, DJ sets and spectacular sights.
