Rita Moreno: Just a Girl Who Decided to Go For It

To help ring in its 50th anniversary celebration, the Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center in Hermosa will host a screening of the documentary Rita Moreno: Just a Girl Who Decided to Go for It, a look into the life of the Academy Award-winning actress Puerto Rican actress. Swing by for a cocktail reception before the screening and stick around afterwards for a Q&A with producer Ilia Vélez and director Mariem Pérez Riera, who will be joining virtually. Note: You'll have to present proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event start date in order to attend.
