Time Out says

Opening in chorus with the growing debate in Springfield over hydraulic fracturing-the controversial method of tapping underground wells of oil and natural gas-it's tempting to see North Dakota as an allegory. Photographer Terry Evans and journalist Elizabeth Farnsworth give a snapshot of the economic and environmental impact of the Williston Basin region oil boom, both positive (job creation, farmers leasing land for extra income) and negative (wells and pipelines encroach on the state's prairie and wildlife). The exhibit runs through January 2014.
