Time Out says

A few years ago, the Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies—which encompasses the museum, Spertus College and the Asher Library—moved into a Krueck + Sexton designed building with a dramatic glass facade that still turns heads. Unfortunately, a precipitous drop in the Spertus’s endowment led the museum to slash its hours. It's open only a few days each month, but the museum continues displaying its unique collection of Judaica and works by contemporary Jewish artists.
