Split Single + The Kickback

Evanston-native Jason Narducy has spent the past decade touring with acts like Bob Mould and Superchuck, but he still finds time to create music of his own under the moniker of Split Single. On his latest album, Metal Frames, he collaborates with drummer Jon Wurster and Wilco bassist John Stirratt on a collection of songs that range from bristling punk rock tunes to melancholy ballads. He celebrates the release of the record in his hometown, joined by singer Nora O'Connor and Chicago indie rockers the Kickback.
