Gruff folk poet Bob Dylan and his band return to Chicago, christening the newly-opened Wintrust Arena with its first night of live music. He arrives in town on the heels of his latest album, Triplicate—a three-disc set of renditions of American standards, including tunes made famous by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Billie Holiday. Of course, Dylan himself has made a number of contributions to the Great American Songbook, so you're likely to hear him dip into classics like "All Along the Watchtower" and "Blowin' in the Wind." Chicago gospel legend Mavis Staples (who once received a marriage proposal from Dylan) will open up the evening.
