This young, photogenic Kiwi duo is fated for comparisons to fellow New Zealander Lorde. Both acts trade in the chic brand of brooding, beat-driven chillwave pop that is dominating the bedroom dramas of modern teenagers. Oh, and both acts were smartly produced by svengali Joel Little, who lends his songwriting hand with Broods, too. It's slick, sophisticated stuff, kept aloft by Georgia Nott's breathy vocals. This is undoubtedly the smallest venue you'll catch the boy-girl twosome in for a good while.
