Time Out says

This year's Englewood Jazz Festival kicks off with a program presented by the Chicago Humanities Festival, with bandleader Marquis Hill paying tribute to the local folks who have continued to expand the genre of jazz. On Saturday, the festival hosts an afternoon of performances, including sets from the Detroit Tenors, Amina Claudine Myers and a guitar summit featuring George Freeman, Fareed Haque and Larry Brown.
