Once among the premier heavy rock bands on the planet, Helmet has sunk to depressing lows in its latter-day incarnation—really nothing more than a vanity vehicle for frontman Page Hamilton. A 2010 LP, Seeing Eye Dog, was a dissapointment. But they will be playing a complete rendition of the weird and overlooked Betty (1994) at Double Door.
