For more than a decade, Jay Electronica's debut album seemed like a myth—the rapper once quipped, "an album is a false concept." But, lo and behold, during the strange year of 2020, Jay dropped two records, A Written Testimony and the long-awaited Act II: The Patents of Nobility (The Turn). Now the enigmatic New Orleans rapper is taking the show on the road, performing some of his latest tracks at the Promontory. Here's hoping that we won't be left waiting another decade before he decides to drop another album.
