Harlem rapper Juelz Santana cut his teeth with the Diplomats—with Cam’ron, Jim Jones and Freekey Zekey—before going solo in '03 (he hit big with "There It Go [The Whistle Song]"). His long awaited Born to Lose, Built to Win was one of Complex's most anticipated records of 2013. We're still awaiting it.
