There's not much left of the original Os Mutantes connecting the band directly to its historic role in Brazil's tropicalia movement-Sergio Dias remains the sole founding member. But as anyone who has seen the reunited, recombined group in recent years will admit, the adventurous group hasn't really lost a step.
