Vegas band Panic! at the Disco plays behind its fourth studio album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! Given the outfit's affinity for exclamation points, maybe it's just too darn excited. But we won't fault it for that, we're sure it makes for a jolly good show. Ohio's Walk the Moon does shamelessly large-scale synth-pop, coming off like an indie Duran Duran with U2-sized ambition. They’re well on their way to the big leagues with last year’s fun hit “Anna Sun,” showing major staying power on rock radio waves.
