Hardcore punks Pissed Jeans are the kind of band your mother warned you about: noisy, rowdy and prone to impromptu stage diving. The group's latest, Why Love Now, is filled with guttural observations on modern masculinity, backed by sludgy riffs and relentless rhythms. In celebration of the Empty Bottle's 25th anniversary, the venue has recreated the original lineup of Pissed Jeans' first appearance at the Bottle in 2008, teaming them with Minneapolis outfit STNNG and Chicago punks The Catburglars.
