Time Out says

Presented as part of the Protect Chicago Music Series—a collection of city-run performances meant to encourage folks to get vaccinated—this miniature music festival brings Mexican rap-rock band Molotov, Nuevo León rockers Kinky and other Latinx artists to Pilsen's Harrison Park for a day of live music and food. Want to attend? Attendance is free with registration for all Chicagoans age 18 and older, but you'll need to present proof of full vaccination (completed on or before Saturday, August 21) in order to attend.
