Born out of the short-lived neo-Springsteen fad a few years back, L.A.'s Airborne Toxic Event plays epic, moody indie rock with light classical adornments. You can tell right off the bat that these guys are moody and bookish, as their name is based off a section from an apocalyptic Don DeLillo book.
