Brooklyn's Widowspeak does hazy West Coast Americana as well as anyone doing hazy West Coast Americana (and there are a lot of them). Portland duo Pure Bathing Culture fleshes out lo-fi synths and drum machines with the stirring vocals of frontwoman Sarah Versprille.
